actually, its a lot easier this time...

Last time i tried, i only managed 36 hours.. and it was torture..

Whereas now, apart from the odd brief moment of weakness, Im perfectly fine..

good going m8, whenever you feel like lighting up again...

just think about your poor lungs and heart, and the extra money you'll have in your pocket from not doing it :)

will power is the only way to give something like this up, and from what you say... seems like you've got enough of it!

Good 4 u Fidgits, last time we talked about this things blew up! But just think how much modding u could get done or how u could afford a 350Z with the extra £!

Good on ya! Keep it up.

I'm another who gave up after about 15 years of smoking. After trying to quit for years, I finally did it with good old will power and cold turkey. I think its great when you suddenly realise you haven't thought of having a ciggie for a few hours (or even better, a few days).
