How easy is it to change the headlight bulbs on the 2017 Yaris. I believe they are the HIR2 fitting. The car manual just say take it to your dealer.

If they are the same as mine. A 2016 Yaris Design, with projector headlights , very easy. Just twist to unlock,  pull the unit out, unplug the bulb, connect the plug to the new bulb. Put back in the hole and twist to lock. Don’t touch the glass of the bulb. The bad bit is the cost of the bulbs.

Thanks Jonmartin will give it a try at weekend.

Frosty there doesn't seem to be a manual for my Vin number in English only Swedish . How do I find out the date of manufacture for my Yaris ?

Instead of searching using your VIN, you can also do a generic search - click on "I would like to perform a generic search" just above the box where the VIN is input. A generic search will enable one to select the model, language, year of manufacture, and month of manufacture (if you don't know the month, select September). The search should then come up with the sat nav manual and a choice of two owners manuals (ignore the radio equipment directive).
