hir2 headlight aim on 2015 1.2t icon

Although my car ( purchased recently)  passes the beam tester the headlights are pointed 45 degrees to the left. By my using a Dashcam the dealer finally has accepted there is a problem and the problem has been escalated to Toyota Europe. Europe are now asking for video of an Auris headlight beam pattern from a car with hir2 headlights, and admit to having seen this problem once before but have not identified the cure. The dealer does not have a Auris with the hir2 lights in stock so if anyone can help it would be appreciated. If anyone else has had this problem I would like to hear the outcome.

As far as I'm aware the second generation Auris has HIR2 bulbs as standard fitment, and there are several threads on these forums to support that.

Just heard today that Toyota Europe have agreed to replace both headlights.
