Retrofit BI Xenon Adaptive Headlights?

Is it possible to retrofit BI xenon headlights with the steering feature onto a T25, I appreciate it would be quite a job including the headlight wash and auto levelling features. I would like these features but the second hand Excel models that have them are all quite new(under 2 years old), are not auto which I want and all are diesel when I would prefer petrol. A 2012 or 13 would be ok but there are just very few of these, only 10% of a few are auto and all are diesel so I wam up for modding the lights, legally and properly and I wonder if anyone here has done this?
