Clearcoat acting weird

I washed and waxed my car ready for the cold weather 3 days ago 2 days after a couple of areas went milky and patchy tried washing and compounding it out with no joy the paints silky smooth so it's like it's underneath the clear. The next day it disappeared again in the morning it wasn't there but later on in the day it had come back. Any ideas. Seems weather related or temp related. Isn't peeling and looks smooth. Just my car changes Lije a chameleon it's not as severe this morning but it comes and goes but seems to not completely go. 

 

First photos of what it looks like it'd in same place both sides nd a little on front bumper too the second is it when it had disappeared but now it's come back just not as severe as the first time.

That's really weird! And this only happened AFTER you washed n waxed? What products did you use?
