i think "BEEP" wire beeps your Speakers when youve madea menu selection etc.

firstly have you conencted the blue "amp +" power up to the cars harness? it should be just a male/female plug. this wire provides power to the amps

what headunit you got? some units require you to specifically switch output to the rca-outs instead of normal speaker outs.

hope it works out!

mnaged to get it working in the end.. disconnected the phone mute wire and the sound appeared..

left the beep wire disconnected as it had nowhere to go.. but all working fine

except the radio..

i have the jap-uk converter but the quality is really ******* on my kenwood headunit.. does the converter need to be removed now i have a uk headunit in? it doesn't disconnect easily so didn't wanna b cutting the aerial leaad up!

im afraid the converter will have to be removed if you want decent (and correctly displayed) reception matey. I think most electrical shops will have an arial lead plug which you can use to connect to the remainder of your arial.
