Not sure but it wouldn't surprise me since based on past experiences US Prius models seem to be different from rest of the world.

I'm sure I've displayed it on my Gen 4 Excel, but you can only select it if RSA and speed limiter are switched off (RSA is switched off in the menus).

Just tried it on my Excel - worked as soon as I turned off RSA (speed limiter was not on).  I guess whether it works straight away like that depends on whether the split screen has been selected on or off in the menus.
