Yaris Engine Code 94

Hello,

Whilst driving home this evening the EML lit up on a 2000 Yaris 1.3 VVT-i.  I bridged pins 4 and 13 to get the read out of the code (OBD reader isn’t with me currently!) and it flashed 9 times followed by 4, to my understanding this gives Engine Management code 94.

I’ve done lots of searching to find out what this code corresponds to but have had no luck.

Does anybody have any experience of this or know where to find a list of codes?
