I usually Clean the Engine Bay and after I had washed the Engine Bay the plastic parts so there's water Accumulated Around the Head Yellow Plastic of dipstick  after I pulled the the dipstick the water got into the hole a small amount of water went into I cleaned the dipstick and I put it again and I pulled it up I found the water in the oil cause the water went into the hole I start the engine I take the car a long trip and I pulled the dipstick again the water was gone my question here is there any problems happened or the water was evaporated like steam and there's no problem and ignore it or change the oil ???

I don't think a few drops of water will do any harm to the engine.  No need to change the oil.

Engine oils have additives to deal with the internal engine condensation that occurs regularly in cooler climates,  so they should be able to cope with a few drops down the dipstick hole.
