Daytime running lights

Hi all,

My Drl on my 2017 yaris has stopped working ( I assume I have them) any quick things to check before I take it to toyota please?

As far as I'm aware on the Yaris the daytime running lights operate when the engine is running and the handbrake is off. Are they not working when the engine is running and the handbrake is off?

I’m an idiot I didn’t have the engine on just the ignition on

No ..... easy mistake to make.

For anyone else reading this, on mine at least, the DRLs don't illuminate in daytime until the car starts to move! Once they are on however, they stay on as long as the car is in READY mode.
