Hi just got me a new Rav4 Vx Vvti so wanted some quistions

1, does the vti = turbo injection

2, its a 2.0 when i press my accelerator should it have a bit of umf lol

3, check light is on seller tells me its because needs service

1. No VVTi stands for Variable Valve timing with Intelligence

2. Depends what you are used/comparing to, they aren't the quickest but no slouch either, the engine does thrive on revs though.

3. No the light is on because the engine ECU is detecting a fault that needs investigating

I had a Astra 1.7 turbo before this and it was pretty quick now I have this 2.0 L 4x4 with the most tiniest clutch on the planet to get use to, but to drive it don't feel bad at all and defently not as loud as my old diesel.

I will be using it to pull a heavy trailer so i might invest in getting it remapped so I will look around part of the forum to see any success on remap
