T22 Linea Terra facelift DIN stereo replacement?

Hello everyone.

 

I am looking to replace the stereo in my car, as its basically an old cassette unit.

 

The problem is I can't find mounting brackets for it, no matter where I look. The ones online are for the older pre-facelift T22 model.

To replace the radio/cassette with something more up to date, you, need the following :- facia plate single DIN - FP-11-02, side fixing for the stereo - DFP-11-08, and wire harness adapter - PC2-17-4. The tricky bit is the side fixing kit. You may need to try the plates that came with the original radio on the replacement stereo!

Try sites like Autoleads, Connects2 and eBay for your location. I didn't give links since you are not UK based, but I searched using the term Avensis 2001 stereo facia adapters. The wiring harness is compatible with cars from the late 90's to current cars. I looked in the Autoleads UK catalogue to get the info for your car.
