2006 avensis Alternator swap

Hi ALl,

I recently had an alternator fail on my avensis which brought on the batt light and fuel filter light. As the Battery voltage dropped it brought onjust about every other light too.

Checked the charge and when running the Battery voltage was 11.5 V.  Had a used spare fitted and batt voltage now up to 13.8 even when all heavy load items switched on.

Voltage steady regardless of revs.  Did measure Battery when engine off after new alternator fitted and run for a while and its 13V . Is this OK

Problems is the batt light and filter light are still on. No codes from OBDII runs great and not draining battery.  Any ideas?

Anyone know what voltages I should see at the RLO, M, L, IG pins of the 4 way connector.

Any suggestions as to why these warnings lights remain on?
