Indicator tell tale light

I have a 2007 Auris and have just noticed today that the left turn indicator tell tale light in the instrument cluster is not lighting up, the right hand side works OK, all the external indicator bulbs work OK and you can hear the relay click, I assume the tell tale bulb has blown, what type of bulb is it and how hard a job is it to remove the instrument cluster and replace the bulb?

This has come up before and unfortunately it is an LED which is not very easily replaceable:

On the plus side as audible click still works it is not an MOT failure.
