Signed up as a premium member but no welcome pack?

Hey everyone, I tried using the contact us page, but nothing comes up and it stays as a blank page under the contact us title...

I signed up as a premium member as part of the black Friday sale, however, I still haven't received my welcome pack through the post? Are there any admins or someone around that can help me?

Welcome packs usually take a couple of weeks to be received. A query has been raised and you should receive a direct response.

Hi mate, thanks for raising a query...much appreciated...think its been about two weeks now, a friend of mine who upgraded his membership received his welcome pack in 2 days :( just my luck!
