Car alarm

I have a toyota avensis 06 for some strange reason the alarm comes on every morni g and i cant turn it off no matter what i could do and i dont no why its started doing it for

How old/what condition is the Battery in? Most alarms have a voltage drop sensor & these cold mornings take it out of old/poor batteries.

as an alternative if you lock the doors using the mechanical key it won't set the alarm.

Would you recomend a new Battery then and the red light on the dash to show its its lock is constantly flashing aswell

Do you know how old the Battery is/can you get it tested?

Forgot to reply to your bit about not being able to get the alarm to turn off - it should silence when you start the engine.

It gets louder when you start the engine
