Hi Paul and welcome to the board.

We have had a few questions like this, whether it be on left turns or right and they all seem to relate to one thing.....The heat shield on the front discs.

If you get a torch and lie under the front of the car, or put the steering on full lock so that you can see behind the front wheels, you will see the back of the disk and a thin ( about the thickness of a baked bean tin ) piece of metal.  That is the heat shield and when you turn the wheel it can scrape against the inside of the disc.

The simplest thing is to push/pull it away from the disc....It only needs to be moved a fraction.....and your problem should be solved.  If you have alloys on your car, you should be able to see the heat sink through the spokes and it's a simple job to push it away from the disc, if you have steel wheels, you will have to do the job from the back.

Just a word of caution.....The heat sink gets HOT!  Therefore be sure that the car has been standing for a while before you try it.

I hope that helps, all the best!
