OEM Headlamp washers parts

Hello guys. I own Avensis T25 from 2004. I've installed HID in headlamps. No problem at all but I want to make it look perfect and nearly as OEM. Does anybody know what parts I need for the headlamp washers ? What do I need to change it ? How to install it etc etc.
