When I was looking for an Aygo there were two made in the same year (2007) - one with the issue you're having and one without. I bought the Aygo without the vibration but I'm certain it was the wheel rattling off the wheel guard/arch when I turned it hard.

Paul, could be a lot of things.

Have you got standard size wheels and tyres?

Has it just started and did anything happen just before it started?

How fast is the car going when it happens?

Can you see and feel the vibration through the steering wheel?

Does it happen when you press the brakes while driving in a straight line?

Does it still happen if you steer left while you are braking gently?

Check all your wheelnuts to see if any are loose.

Check tyres for punctures, nails, lumps and splits.

Check your wheels for any damage or missing balance weights or large amounts of mud or ice stuck.

Check wheels will spin freely when car safely jacked up and see if steering turned slightly makes any difference. ( Could be binding brakes and/or warped discs)

When spinning wheels listen and feel for roughness that could be a worn bearing.

Cheers ,

Stefan
