Tns 200 Tns 300

Hi all I have just got a new rav4 and suspect i have a tns200 and not the 300 i was sold.... how do i tell the difference

not certain but i think tns 300 is dvd and 200 is c.d

Did you discover if it was actually the case that you had been sold a TNS 200 system in your car, when you thought you were buying a TNS 300.

This has definately happened to me. I took delivery of a new Avensis, having the T4 version because of the Satnav. The salesman volunteered the information that the Satnav system had been upgraded to European from the earlier UK only.

Unfortunately when playing with my new toy some days later I found out an older UK only version was fitted.

Ken Langley the salesman at Toyota World in Cardiff agreed it was was wrong and also agreed to replace it.

Despite numerous calls chasing it up, the work was never done. Just numerous promises of the parts being ordered etc.

This salesman has now left Toyota World, and they tell me that they have no record of my complaints and it is too late to get it rectified.

Toyota Customer Service tell me that my complaint is with Toyota World in Cardiff not Toyota.

Leaving me well and truly stitched up.
