Strong noise from audio when using cigarette lighter

So I got a new handsfree bluetooth handset off eBay for my aygo. Works really nicely but there's a really strong background noise when streaming music. Can be heard even when music is playing. The engine was off so it couldn't have come from the alternator. I tried the handset on my brother's audi - no noise what so ever. What is the reason for it and how could it be solved? maybe wire it directly somewhere else?

Thanks a lot for your precious time!

Thanks, yes, but what is the cause for it? Why does it happen in my aygo and not on another car? Will it help to wire it dierctly to the fusebox \ somehow grounding it?

Could be that the other car already has satisfactory noise suppression.

Yes, probably, but is there a way to decrease it without purchasing noise suppressor. Don't seem to find one in my area. Can I maybe connect it to the stereo's power as a solution?
