yes, you´re right, as you can see in this picture, Terry isn´t pushing down Ricardo (goal keeper) with his arm.. nobody touched him..

even if terry wasnt there, wats the chances of keeper bein there, he was slow to react and he wudnt have got the ball unless he hit campbell in the face!! cambell rose high as hell to get that and he wuda got it
