Gearbox wont come away from engine 2006 d4d 1cd ftv

Suddenly wouldnt go into gear. Krrrr sound when trying to select gear

Suspect clutch or gearbox issue.

Trying to remove gearbox removed all bolts.

It will not come away from engine tried pry bars. Wont come past dowels. Im adamant i removed all bolts

Can anyone suggest anything

If it comes apart but seems to hit something, have a look around for any obstructions. I assume you lowered the engine/transmission to help with clearance, and removed the cross member. Hopefully you have removed the gearbox by the time you read this.

Looks like flywheel and clutch were not letting box come off. Finally came off
