Navigation to Phone Book Address

Has anyone been able to use the navigation system in an address from their phone book? 99% of the time I get "address not navigable". I have tried several ways of putting the address in my phone book - commas, new lines, omitting county etc, but with no success. There must be some logic as to how it uses the phone book address - anyone got any help?

I've still not found any solution to this. How are others getting on with their contacts addresses?
