Envy's 4 Into 2 Exhaust Manifold.

Envy can now supply a High Quality Japanese manufactured 4 into 2 exhaust manifold. The manifold is made of Stainless steel incorporating careful assembly and high quality TIG welding for strength and durability. The item has thick manifold walls and a wider pipe diameter than stock to achieve as high air flow as possible. The tubular manifold is surprisingly light and should provide good peak power plus a good spread of torque lower down.

Any rear muffler parts can be used with this product as long as the flange size and pipe layout is the same as the original stock back box.

theres 2

one either side of the CAT, and ive got to admit if you remove the cat the car isnt a happy bunny at the best of times, engine light is always on and idle is erratic

albeit the performance and breathing improves no end!

It is indeed a cat By-Pass system, "Nizan" has posted some pics of the mid pipe on another thread. I would expect around 10 - 15 bhp increase by removing the restrictive Cat and replacing it with the free flowing manifold. I guess we will find out when "Niazan" visits a rolling road
