Clutch squeak/creak

Hey folks. New user to the site but have used it as a visitor to get help.

Now I need help that I can't find an answer to.

So I have a 57 RAV4 D4D. Just came out a service couple of hours before this post and no issues. Almost home and when I change gear the clutch makes a short squeak/creak noise, and only seems to do it when the engine  is running. Initially didnt think much of it, now it's driving me nuts. More so because I suffer anxiety and want to make sure my clutch isn't falling apart all of a sudden.

I seen some other posts in the other forums that said it's just a thing that happens eventually. I put some WD40 on the spring on the pedal inside the car but due to the weather I can't get under it right now.

Is this something that happens? Or am I doomed? Like I said it doesn't seem to be affecting my ability to drive or change gear, it's just infuriating

I get it from the pedal when I depress it. Did all the spraying where I thought was necessary but no change.

The dealer told me the squeaking is in the engine bay on the hydraulic push rod (can't remember the exact term. I think he said change the clutch master cylinder or leave with is.

I decided to live with it and this was 8 years ago!!
