D4D 2.2 white smoke and error 93

Hi guys ive had the white smoke trails on hard acceleration but yesterday the engine management light came on and it went into limp mode, error 93 says fuel loss large. couldnt see any signs off fuel loss so i reset and today it happened again. Looking at other posts it has been suggested that it could be one of the injectors could be leaking, if any of you have any ideas i would like to hear them cheers  Mark

Get all 4 injectors testet for a start, and then replace defective. Maybe all...
