Does anyone have a direct email address for Customer Service, as I need to throw myself on to their Good Will in relation (not to my Prius), but to our IQ.

this is an 09 in metallic white, that forums suggest frequently suffer from paint  ‘falling off’ the roof. (Dandruff?)....unexpectedly, mine is now suffering.

But it was because of the marvellous service given to the IQ that suggested the purchase of a new Prius rather than a new Golf, so despite the age of the IQ it is worth a punt

Does Toyota just Delete problem letters or do they politely reply to all,  one wonders.

 

No contact or even recognition of my email, as yet in nearly 4 weeks to the email address as supplied by helpful 'Frosty

could this relate to not having complained to my dealer first??

I don't think so. I did contact them a while back, highlighting a problem with a dealer, and I received a reply withing a few days.

Your e-mail may have gone in their junk folder. I've had important stuff end up in mine, where I've had to fish it out lol.

I've used the same details previously, and usually they send out a holding e-mail saying they will respond within something like 48 hours.

Nothing has gone into your junk or spam folder?
