Does anyone know what these things are called, if you can get replacement ones and  if they’ve got any link with the body work?

Hello Georgia - welcome to Toyota Owners Club.

Presume they are bump stops which cushion the glass tailgate when closing. Should be able to buy replacements from a Toyota dealer.

Moved to the Aygo club.
