E-store - how to get without a VIN number?

Hello all,

I have a Toyota Auris Hybrid 2017 model and was extremely disappointed to discover that my country - Israel, does not support the E-store (Toyota's application store), as in, there is no option to download it from the national Toyota website like in Toyota UK or Toyota.com

I tried to do it from one of the above websites, but you must enter a local VIN number, which means my Israeli VIN number is not recognized on these sites, so there seems to be no way for me to get the app.

Since the E-store is supposed to first be downloaded to your computer and then transferred to a USB drive, I would imagine there should be some place on earth that I could download the application from without needing to have a local VIN number.

Is anyone able to help?
