Hello guys,

I have a new Aygo with automatic and want to ask you, when I leave
the car. Is handbrake necessary at leaving car at D ? Or should
I leave it on N with handbrake ? What is your advice?

Bear in mind the X-Shift transmission is an automated manual gearbox, rather than a true automatic.

I would follow the guidelines for a manual gearbox in the Highway Code. Always use the handbrake. Select 'E' if facing uphill, and 'R' if facing downhill.

I park up and usually leave her in E most of the time with the handbrake on.
