material issue

Hello guys,

am new in this forum with new Aygo. The material
underneath of the mat is already bit damaged.
Can I clean this? But it looks like more it is damaged.

I like autoglym products,. Try interior shampoo and a stiff brush.  I've joined the owners group so have 15% off Halfords.

Is this really the solution? Can I clean felt by such special shampoo ? It looks like it is damaged due to the usage just after 1 month. Shouldn't I contact Toyota for this material failure ?

Presumably this area you've highlighted is adjacent to the clutch pedal (left hand drive car). I suspect you may have been using this as a footrest for when you're not depressing the clutch, and I don't think it is designed as a foot rest.
