Having not ever owned or removed the stereo for this model, but seen videos on Youtube, you need to check to see if something is out of alignment. Is the cable for the CD changer stopping the radio or trim from fixing back into place properly - is there enough clearance?

I would take everything apart and check the location of the cable, that the trim does not have any bent locating tags. To eliminate the CD changer cable is causing the misalignment, remove the cable and reinstall the radio. Then you can go from there.

Not being there means nobody can see what has been done, so cannot tell you what is actually causing the gap.

I checked the cable of CD Changer, the cable does not make any alignment Problem so I tried to tie the radio and push it all way in at the same time the gap is already removed but there's very small gap too the photo illustrate the difference between before and after
