Has anyone use the race chip. 250euro it will give the car 31bhp and 71nm.

Any other ideas will be great :)

I have an Avensis year 2012, 2.0 diesel, live in denmark.

Mine hold the stock power before OBD 124hp/300nm.

After obd, 152hp/410nm.

Drives like a dream and consumption is better!

That's a nice improvement in power. Was it noticeable.

The power band is must better and it tows the horse trailer like a locomotive, so YES!

I had at power box before that only improve the half of the power and no change in the powerband.

Here is the correct numbers and graf for the day they remapped my car.

Before you get a remap take your time and spend som money on a engine decarb clean and injector clean. Then you get the best result in the long run. a931c7cd63ab9883833a3fd428e02029.jpg

Just resurrecting this thread. I got my car, a T27 2011 2.0 4d4 remapped via the ODB port. Definitely drives a lot better, more responsive and better pull. Will report back after a while and report MPG and effect on towing.

Had my car out on a small run today and its a lot better to drive. 50mph in 6th is now a lot easier and the difference in acceleration through the gears 2000-4000rpm is very noticeable.

It now feels like the correct BHP/Torque for the car in my opinion.
