Help! Sticky throttle!

Morning all, noticed last night on the way home the accelerator is sometimes proving difficult to push down...well more like it’s sticking when you first apply pressure to it so you end up pushing it harder, it releases but you end up giving it too much juice...it’s intermittent and seems to happy mostly after braking or changing gear...any ideas peeps?

I had this briefly while stripping and cleaning the throttle as the Idle Air Control was seized.

The sticky throttle thing is most likely the butterfly either just closing too much so slightly jamming, or there's so much coking up on the butterfly that the coking is causing the jamming.

Look into the throat, and if the top and bottom edges of the butterfly are black then clean that off. Carbon cleaner and a toothbrush are the usual tools.
