Help to cure an annoying noises.

Evening folks, as mentioned above, I have two really irritating noises coming from my otherwise faultless 2012 Auris. One is an annoying rattle emanating from the upper glovebox lid and the other is a piercing squeal coming from the offside rear disc, at slow speed. I think I know how to deal with the screeching disc but with regard to the upper glovebox lid rattle, i'm stumped as to how to remove it and investigate further. Anybody here have any ideas or experience in removing the glovebox lid?
