Power outlet in the armrest - T27

I´m trying to figure out what´s up with the power outlet in the compartment under the armrest in my 2013 T27. I tried plugging my Garmin navi unit into the outlet, but it just won´t stay there - just falls out, like if the outlet was too short or something. I tried with at USB charger, and it stays put, but doesn´t get any power.

I´ve replaced the fuse (in the engine compartment), but it´s still dead... (the USB outlet next to the 12V outlet works fine)

Any ideas?
