you should sleep, at least 8 hours a day - otherwise your body/nervous system/brain etc will never get a chance to rest and heal - same goes for muscle, without sleep you go into a catabolic state which means you deterierate :)

just a thought :P

the car is in fairly good condition except the drivers side door mirror has been smashed off. but i will provide the mirror if needed.

the car has 17" cam alloys with yokohoma tyres

full ice system including sub, amp, 6x9's and 13 cm door Speakers

jvc chameleon head unit

HKS induction kit

varad undercar neons

good runner but may need a little attension.

taxed and mot'd for a good while - will provide all documents.
