firmware to my Touch and go

Hello

I have a Avensis 2012 i like to upgrade my firmware, so i have downloads the Touch and go program and make a fingerprint of my Touch and go but there is no new firmware to download only new map.

I have firmware 1.7.3L and map EU20110321

Why is there not any new firmware only maps?

The firmware and maps come as one package the latest being 2.15.5 l/h for Touch 1 systems

Ok, so i must pay 199 euro or 104 pound to get all update then?

I mean i have Touch & Go Pro on my car, if i don`t have wrong here.

With version 1.7.3L you have the standard Touch and go ( not Pro or Plus ) so yes you have too pay for updates.

Hi Ta12manse, 

I was having some issues linking my Touch and go and with my toyota account, so the dealer (as on warranty) updated my maps and firmware from software version : 1.7.5L  Map ID : EUL20110321  To software version 2.14.5WL Map ID : EUL20160420 and this was made last year 2017 .Like Devon said they will update both at the same time. And I do have the Avensis 2012 is it petrol or diesel and what is the body type of your car?

My car is a diesel.

So i can go to my dealer i bought the car and say they have to update my Touch & Go and do it for free for me?

If it is on Warranty , I think you can talk with them

I have talk to them, but they will not update it for free.

My local dealer will take 324 pound to update it for me 🤬

So i found out it cheaper to do it my self from the with the Touota Toolbox, there it cost 109pound.

I have 1.7.4L and see there is 2.16.0 now.

So i wonder is there any new on the newes or not?

usually (but no guarantees) there are 2 updates per year 1 Spring & 1 Autumn, so you might want to wait a bit in case a new one is due shortly. I thought that 2.17.0 was already out in the Spring though 🤔

as i said my understanding was that 2.17.0 came out in May of 2018.
