Brake servo removal corolla 2003 D4D

Hi I’m having trouble on pulling out the brake servo from the engine bay I’ve tried and dismantled most of the stuff around it removed master cylinder and desperately slacked the engine mount cam belt side , so i could lower the engine , even with that was impossible to get it out , any suggestions? Has anyone did this before ?

All sorted guys , had to lower down the subframe and then lowering the engine , a bit of a mission but all good by the end !
