Toyota Corolla verso diesel power loss

Hi,

 

Could you please advise me,I am struggling to find power loss fault in my recently bought Toyota Corolla verso 05 diesel.

It gives power loss uphill and if u stop it for 10 minutes ,it becomes better.

In small meter ,glow pump comes but my mechanic said this nothing to do with speed of car.

 

Second mechanic cleaned egr but problem not resolved even I used diesel car fluid 23 pounds in the tank.

 

Please help me for this

Does it feel like the engine is struggling or does it rev like normal but just isn't putting down power? When was the clutch last changed?
