yeah thats k man u do just pull em off, i got a set of spares from a sportif just the temp on one side, rev on the other, i took the entire unit out completely and the mechanisms unscrew from the back, u can also just pull the needles off they do come screwdriver under each side

sportif has no rev counter. trust me i hate it. wish i did. erm to get my dials off i had to undo 2 screws off each dial then pull off the needles(make sur you mark where they were when you pull them off)and then the dial pops off.
