DIY Yaris 2015 - Cruise Control Install

Hi all,

Been looking for ways to add cruise control to my current Yaris (2015, Icon, 998cc) since I do a fair bit of motorway driving. 

I've looked over at yarisworld.com on doing a cruise control fit, but apparently, cruise control isn't programmed into the ECU for European models, nor is it available for the 1L versions. 

After looking at the VIN number, the 10th digit was a 0, so I'm assuming it is a revised one. I checked on toyodiy.com and these were the available parts for my model. 

The standard 2015 Yaris does not have '84-08: CRUISE CONTROL (AUTO DRIVE)' listed, but mine does. 

Do you guys think it's worth a shot at doing an install, or should I forget it altogether?

Check the ACCELERATOR PEDAL part number in your car

if it is 78110-0D040     , cruise control not working

if it is 78110-0D100    , cruise control works ✌
