Headlight washer not going back.

I have this intermittent problem of right side washer not popping back in, but slowly starting to become more often.

I did not get a good luck, as it was getting dark, but it looks like the plastic hinge could do with a bit of lube. Once you push it back, it stays there, but i remember the pushing back used to be easier, so i'm suspecting the hinge, so i guess some spray lube for it.

Anyone else got some suggestions what it might be?

Guess it was just grit, and the lack of lubrication which was  slowly washed away by washer fluid.

Sprayed some oil, after 2 uses it worked fine.

Scratch that, our eyes see what we want to see :/.

Anyone know how this thing works? I'm not able to find any schematics, i would presume water pressure pushes it outwards for it to spray, and spring pulls it back?

But if it's a spring, it should work all the time, not just sometimes.
