Auto door locks

Got a 2011 avensis 1.8 cvt and the auto locks are doing my head in

Anyone know how to disable this function

Pretty sure the pre-facelift with the basic stereo needs done via OBD.  It could be done via the touch screen in the post-facelift.

I know the procedure to set or cancel and it is in the owners manual. Mine is cancelled and I did try using the auto door locks, but there are other issues, so I cancelled the system.

Look at my second reply which shows how it is done.

Go to chapter 1-2. opening, closing and locking the doors, Automatic door locking and unlocking systems. There are a few settings that but basically, you can turn the system off by hold the lock/unlock button down for 5 seconds, until you hear locks activate. You need to have the ignition on.
