Corolla Verso steering wheel adapter

Hi. I have a Toyota Corolla Verso 2004. I now have an aftermarket Alpine 2 DIN radio. I have bought a new Kenwood DAB/BT radio. I do not have working multifunction wheel now, but I'd like to get it once I install my Kenwood radio. Does the CTSTY001.2 work with the VERSO version of Toyota Corolla, or not? Some say it does, some say it don't. And if it doesn't work, what should I buy?
