just been asked to make some business card when I go a meet some people

does a laminated business card look tacky?(inc the clear outer edge)

or is better on a plain card?

I think you need to make it KISS ( keep it simple studip) I think tht they look tacky but tahts my opinion

nice thick good quality card, good ink and simple desgin always makes it look a lot more classy than trying to be too flash...

you can go to Vistaprint and get 250 free, well 3 quid postage, and there webby addy is on the back, but they do some pretty good ones, there are also some decent programs out there to do your own, I got one called Advanced business cards Identsoft and they are very good

Agreed KISS, say white or very light cream, poss slight textured card and good quality ink
