2008 avensis 1AD-FTV starting issues

Hi,

I have a 2008 Avensis D4D (145,000 miles) which is a little awkward to start from cold.

The engine catches first time then runs rough for the first 2-5 seconds, it sounds like it might be running on 3 cyclinders.

After a few seconds and a gentle rev it runs fine.

It is much worse in cold weather and sometimes stalls during the first few seconds.

Any bright ideas ?

Morning,

I have taken two glow plugs out, the first one is OK, the second one is definitely U/S.

So the question now is simple, which plugs should I buy, where should I get them from, and how much will they cost ?

Any recommendations will be gratefully accepted.
