Liquid and coolant?

Hi Guys,

Bought a TOYOTA AURIS VVT-I DESIGN TSS  1798cc HYBRID ELECTRIC, 5 Door HATCHBACK almost 10 months ago. I've had a check of some of the liquids and they need topping:

 

Engine coolant reservoir

Power control unit collant reservoir

Washer fluid

 

Can anyone recommend me some to buy, I have no idea. In the manual it recommends "Toyota Super Long Life Coolant", but this comes in concentrated, mixed a range of colours, no idea which to buy. There's also no recommendation for the washer fluid too. The levels are sitting on the low mark, so I'm a little scared to drive just in case I cause any long-term damage to the car ='(

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Toyota doesn't provide recommendations as regards screen wash, so any good quality screen wash will suffice, whether it is pre-mixed or concentrate.

You haven't checked the levels in 10 months of ownership? How is the engine oil level? Tyre pressures and condition? etc..

I have excellent results using AutoGlym all season concentrate. Not cheap but very effective. 3:1 winter and 10:1 summer mix ratios with water. Comma all season concentrate is good too and cheaper. Smells of apples.

The Engine oil is okay and I've checked the tyre pressure every now and then and inflated when need be. It's just the coolant and washer liquid that are low. I'll go ahead and buy Frostyballs recommendation.

Think you should be able to get the coolant in 1 litre containers

the hybrid and coolant fluid is the same make sure its OAT it will be a five year antifreeze

and yes it can be bought in a 1ltr bottle.
