Air Conditioning Pipe Diagram?

Evening all.

I booked my car in to have it's A/C re-gassed, but was told that [after testing] one of the pipes that runs from the bulkhead, under the Battery tray to the condenser [he called it the low pressure pipe], was leaking where it was clamped to the chassis. Apparently, it fails here regularly. I've been trying, in vain, to source some kind of diagram of the A/C pipework for my T25 D4D, but it's proving rather fruitless. Does anyone have one, or perhaps point me in the direction where i could buy one? I'm loath to go to scrappies and run the risk of buying another leaky one!

Thanks in advance.

There are a couple sites which provide part numbers and diagrams like the one I provided:-

http://www.japan-parts.eu/toyota

http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/ - you need to register and log in to see the diagrams, as well as part numbers.

I called my local dealership, and they want 115GBP+VAT for the pipe. The hunt goes on for a cheaper alternative.

You could perhaps get a hydraulic hose made to suit, or spliced in to replace the burst section. I once had this done on a Vectra.
